    To request a warranty claim or book a repair service, please follow the steps below:

    Submit a Service Request Form

    Please pay attention to the following details:

    • Model number and serial number of the appliance
    • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)
    • Installation invoice (for built-in products)
    • A detailed description of the issue
    • Your contact information and preferred service time

    Service Appointment Confirmation

    Once your request is reviewed, our team will:

    • Confirm whether the issue may qualify under warranty
    • Schedule a service technician visit
    • Provide a booking reference and estimated Service Fee (if applicable)

    Product Warranty Claim, Replacement, Repair Service Terms & Conditions

    1. Product Warranty Coverage

    The Product Warranty guarantees repair or replacement of the appliance in the event of a manufacturer’s fault (“Manufacturer Fault”) as defined by the terms of the warranty.

    1. Warranty Exclusions

    The Product Warranty does not cover any appliance fault caused by:

      • Incorrect Installation
      • Misuse by the consumer
      • Accidental damage
      • Deliberate or negligent actions
    • Any damage incurred while the appliance is in the consumer’s care
    • Damage caused by vermin (including but not limited to rodents, insects, and other pests) is not covered under the Product Warranty. It is the responsibility of the appliance owner to ensure the appliance is installed and operated in a clean, pest-free environment. Any faults or damage resulting from vermin infestation will be considered a Consumer Fault and may be subject to repair costs, including technician Service Fees and replacement parts.

    Such faults are classified as “Consumer Faults”—including but not limited to misuse, incorrect installation, unauthorized modification, vermin infestation, physical damage, or environmental conditions and are not covered under the Product Warranty.

    1. Appliance Repair Service

    An appliance inspection and repair service (“Repair Service”) is available to assess and resolve faults. This service is subject to a Service Fee, which covers:

    • Technician labor
    • Call-out costs
    • Any applicable materials (charged separately)
    1. Service Fee Acknowledgment
    • If the fault is determined to be a Manufacturer Fault, the Service Fee will be covered by the manufacturer.
    • If the fault is determined to be a Consumer Fault, the Service Fee will be payable by the consumer.
    1. Service Fee Rates
    • Standard Service Fee:
      $189.00 (excl. GST) for the first 30 minutes of service (plus cost of materials).
    • Additional Time:
      Charged at $80.00 per hour (excl. GST) (plus cost of materials) after the first 30 minutes.
    1. Replacement Appliance Cost & Repayment 

    In cases where the appliance is found to be damaged, either upon initial inspection or later during service or repair, due to a Consumer Fault, the manufacturer shall not be liable for any repair, replacement, or associated costs under the terms of the warranty.

    If a replacement appliance is provided outside of warranty coverage, the full cost of the replacement (including delivery, installation, and associated service fees) is payable by the customer.

    Where applicable, the manufacturer reserves the right to:

    • Issue an invoice for the replacement appliance and related costs
    • Withhold delivery or installation until payment is received in full
    • Recover outstanding balances through appropriate channels if repayment is not made within the agreed timeframe
    1. Cancellations

    If the consumer cancels a Repair Service with less than four (4) hours’ notice, they will be charged the full cancellation cost, which may include the full standard Service Fee, regardless of the nature of the fault and warranty status.
